Non-Hodgkins Mantle cell Cancer

Non-Hodgkins Mantle Cell Lymphoma Informative Information Sharing Site

Hello, Welcome to the Non-Hogekins Mantle Cell Lymphoma Cancer Page. I'm Jude, a female with Mantle cell cancer, and when I was diagnosed, I had so many questions! I didn't know if Chemo was right or wrong, I was unsure of what to eat, I was just totally confused and scared to death. I'm not, anymore. I've made good decisions and found ways to stop my cancer from spreading. I was diagnosed in Feb. 2007 with stage 4e lymphoma, so I have no room for mistakes. I studied every article on lymphoma I could find, and educated myself as best I could. I gave it my all! This site is designed with Me in mind, the old me. If I could have found all the answers in one place, it sure would have saved me valuable time spent searching for answers. I hope to be able to fill this page with answers, options and good choices for you! Keep a close watch on this page for new information, links and helpful suggestions!

I would also like to take this time to Thank Patrick Swazy for his Stand up 2 cancer event! Wow, knocked my socks off. I cried all the way through that since I had begged the Actors in the Entertainment Industry to step up to the plate and do something to find a cure! Wow! Really touched my soul to see that happen! I guess if we yell loud enough, we do finally get listened to. What is that old saying? The squeeky wheel gets oiled first? Yeah...

I wouldn't suggest chemo to anyone but there is information about Chemo drugs here as well. It's a choice you have to make on your own, but until they can do the FAN-C Blood test to determine when the chemo is too toxic for my body, I don't want to use chemo. The FAN-C blood test shows that individuals might need up to 11 times less chemo than another individual, therefor, if you happen to be the one who would die of the toxicity of the 11 times more chemo, and they administered that to you, you die. Not a good thing, so until they make the test available in the USA, I don't plan to use toxic chemo. There are plenty of other options, such as DCA (Dichloroacetate) or sodium Bicarb. and an alkaline diet with some acidic foods for balance, Organic pesticide free foods, avoiding Beef, Milk and Corn and corn products such as High Fructose Corn syrup. There are plenty of options available, Plus, Methadone for pain, the methadone kills lymphoma cancer cells (University of Ulm, Germany discovery). With a lot of work, we can beat this without toxic chemo!
Thank You!
